The Steak Tartare Caper or Behind Every Moan Is A Woman

Book and Lyrics by Nicholas Petron
Music by Jonathan Larson

Featuring the students of the Department of Theatre

The Department of Theatre presents their annual cabaret – an original evening of satirical songs and stories.  Sam Spade and Nick and Nora Charles meet in Chicago to solve a murder.  This tongue in cheek look at the noir style of the 1940’s was co-written by Jonathan Larson and Nicholas Petron when Jonathan was a student in the department.  To celebrate the PAC’s 10th Anniversary, the Department is reviving this original cabaret that asks “who done it?” and “why?”  You don’t want to miss this special presentation of a rare “lost” production from Jonathan Larson.
